Our Services
Civil Construction, Maintenance & Emergency Repairs
Every project strengthens both the physical infrastructure and the people and equipment that operate and maintain it.
Civil Construction & Earthworks
We deliver core civil scopes built around constructible designs, safe execution, and predictable schedules. Our crews coordinate closely with engineers, owners, and local staff to ensure that designs are buildable and that the finished work is practical to maintain.
- Mass and detailed earthworks
- Roads, access routes, and pads
- Embankments and slope stabilization
- Underground utilities and deep services
- Site grading and preparation for housing, facilities, and community assets
Water & Wastewater Infrastructure
Safe drinking water and reliable wastewater systems are often the highest-risk assets in a community. We treat this work with the seriousness it deserves, working alongside engineers, operators, and public works staff to ensure systems are understood, maintainable, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
- Water and wastewater pipelines and tie-ins
- Lift stations and force mains
- Gravity sewer systems and manholes
- Lagoons and treatment cells
- Repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting support
Drainage & Washout Repairs
Drainage failures and washouts can close roads, damage homes, and threaten critical infrastructure. We approach this work as urgent and essential, with the goal of restoring safe access and stable drainage as quickly as conditions allow — while designing repairs that are durable and maintainable.
- Ditching and re-grading to restore proper drainage
- Culvert installation, replacement, and upsizing
- Erosion control and slope stabilization
- Road and embankment washout repairs
- Flood-related access restoration and temporary works
Remote & Northern Works
We plan around seasonal windows, mobilization constraints, and local capacity. Remote projects require careful planning, clear communication, and flexibility when conditions change. Our crews are experienced in barge access, winter roads, and limited-access sites across Western Canada and the North.
- Barge-access and winter road projects
- Remote community civil works and access routes
- Landing sites, pads, and staging areas
- Support for remote water and wastewater upgrades and repairs
Training & Workforce Development
Wherever possible, we integrate training into real scopes of work. Training is built into how we deliver projects, not treated as a separate or theoretical program. Our goal is to leave communities with more skilled workers, stronger maintenance teams, and long-term capacity.
- On-the-job training for labourers and operators
- Mentorship for future foremen and supervisors
- Support for competency development and ticketing pathways
- Operator coaching on production tasks, safety, and equipment care
Heavy Equipment Repair & Maintenance
Our heavy equipment repair and maintenance capability is a core part of how we reduce risk and keep projects moving. We maintain our own fleet and, where appropriate, support community-owned equipment — protecting schedules, budgets, and community infrastructure.
- Field repairs and diagnostics to reduce downtime
- Shop-level repairs and component replacement
- Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting
- Preventative maintenance programs and service scheduling
- Pre-season and pre-project inspections
- Support and guidance for Nation-owned equipment where agreed
Emergency & Call-Out Support
When drainage failures, washouts, or critical civil issues threaten access, safety, or essential services, we can provide emergency-style support where timing, access, and safety allow. Availability depends on location, season, and current commitments, but our intent is to respond quickly and realistically.
- Road and access washout repairs
- Emergency drainage and culvert work
- Urgent earthworks to protect infrastructure
- Stabilization of high-risk slopes or embankments
